Shipping is carried out via partner couriers.
At the time of purchase, the customer will leave all the data necessary to complete the delivery.
Deliveries will be made every day except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 9.00 to 19.00. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and will attempt a second delivery of the product. If the second delivery is not made due to the customer's absence and/or unavailability, the product will be deposited at the courier's local branch, where it must be collected by the customer. In the event of failure to collect, within 5 working days of the goods in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the customer must pay the courier the storage costs.
Delivery costs will be calculated and communicated in the order summary before the order sending phase.

Shipping costs start from €13.00 for packages from 0 to 4 kg with express courier shipments and increase depending on the weight of the package.

Cash on delivery to the courier does not involve an additional fixed cost. Orders over €500.00 cannot be processed with this payment method.

When the weight of a package, the amount of the cash on delivery, the destination or other make it necessary, Ditta Mingione Giovanna will ship the package via Postal Parcel J+3, at the same costs as shipping by Express Courier.

Transport is intended to the closest point to the indicated address reachable by the carrier, throughout Italy including the islands; it includes the relative unloading but not the porterage or transport to the floor. Any shortages or damages, visible at the time of delivery and clearly due to transport, will be resolved by the Company Mingione Giovanna without any charge to the customer, provided that it is expressly mentioned on the transport document of the goods.
